Dieses Merkblatt gilt für den Einsatz von qualifiziertem Schweißaufsichtspersonal für das Gusseisenschweißen in Anlehnung an DIN EN 1011-8 "Schweißen - Empfehlungen zum Schweißen metallischer Werkstoffe -Teil 8: Schweißen von Gusseisen", Tabelle B1 und B2.
Wie in der DIN EN 1011-8 aufgeführt (Abschnitt 10.1) ist der Bedarf einer verantwortlichen Schweißaufsicht zu berücksichtigen.
